JAPANESE STYLE TERIYAKI UDON

-These noodles are mixed with a distinct Japanese teriyaki flavoured sauce and has hints of katsuobuchi, otherwise known as bonito flakes, which enriches the deep flavour of the noodles.

 

How to prepare:

  • Boil about 2 cups of water. Add noodles and flakes and cook for 1 minute.
  • Carefully drain water. Add sauce and stir for 1 minute under high heat.
  • Remove from heat and serve.
